1- Type and scope of data processing
You can visit our website without giving any personal information. We only save your personal information in our contact form. In addition, when you visit our website, we collect the transmitted IP address. The IP address may be a personal date because, under certain conditions, it is possible to ascertain the identity of the owner of the Internet access used. The IP address is evaluated by us in case of attacks on our Internet infrastructure or any other misuse of our website. We have a legitimate interest in this within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. This results from the need to ward off an attack on the Internet infrastructure, to determine the origin of the attack and to initiate criminal and civil actions against the responsible person, as well as to effectively prevent further attacks and to operate the Internet without disruption. If it can be ruled out that such an attack has occurred, the IP address will be deleted. This happens after seven days.
2. Data processing to process your inquiries
We offer you the possibility to contact us via e-mail or via the forms deposited on our website. In doing so, we only collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide when contacting us. In case of using one of the stored contact forms these are

• your telephone number (optional),
• the content of the message sent to us.
We use this data exclusively for the processing and answering of your inquiry, thus in particular for the contact with you. When contacting us via the contact form on our homepage, we always obtain your consent that we may use the data provided by you to answer your request and forward it to the responsible contact person. Thus, the processing of your data takes place on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 6 para. 1a) DSGVO. If the establishment of contact serves the fulfillment or preparation of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1b) DSGVO, unless special categories of personal data are concerned. Your data will be deleted, subject to any existing statutory retention periods, as soon as your request has been completed.
3. SSL or TLS encryption

5. Server log files
Regarding the processing operations described above, you have the following rights. These can basically be used free of charge. However, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee for manifestly unfounded or for requests with frequent repetitions, taking into account the resulting administrative costs.
5.1. Revocation of granted consent
Any consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data may be revoked with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data based on your consent until you revoke it.
5.2 Confirmation and information
You can request a confirmation as to whether your personal information is being processed. If this is the case, you are entitled to information about the individual information mentioned in Art. 15 DSGVO.
5.3 Correction and deletion
- Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy.
